And this too… Aditi, (Jodhpur) (2013)

Juxtaposing seemingly diverse forms of local transnational creative expression, Andthis too… Aditi was an inter-medial dramatics event, revisiting the dispositionsexplored in its first premier in 1978 in India and last incarnation at the SmithsonianInstitution in 1985 during the Festival of India. Pulling out of the format of a prosceniumand allowing for collective catharsis in a free flowing equation of space and time, theevening show at the Bal Samand – Summer palace of the Rathors, was speciallyscenographed as a site specific presentation for the guests of the Smithsonian.
